The new DOIMAK RER-500 SL is already in the market

This grinding machine model  is a strategic compact design, specially focused for manufacturing various types of smallest size threaded components as ballscrews, nuted screws, hobs, worm gears, taps, compressor & pump rotors and steering screws.

The compact RER-500 SL is a versatile option, comprises a reconfigurable platform for external/internal threads, gears and the option to include a software package for cylindrical and eccentric lobes grinding. The latest generation and advanced drives employed on the RER-500 SL includes integrated torque motors in work-head & wheel-head and linear motors (as an option) in X and Z axis.

The strong design of the spindles and bearings, which are designed for “high speed” conditions, enables the use of vitrified and electro-plated CBN wheels.  An accordingly sized cooling installation must always be taken in account when using CBN wheels. The machine has a weight of 6.500 kg.
